It has a goose feather pillow that acts as a supportive core and two outer layers filled with pure goose down that cradle your head in natural comfort.

If you have any neck problems our unique adjustable neck pillow will help you sleep better. We also have a budget duck feather pillow which offer great value. The high quality 280 thread count 100% cotton downproofing we use for the outer casing completes all our magnificent pillows.

How to choose the best pillow for yourself -Advice on sleeping on your side, stomach and back

Side
Sleeper

When lying on one's side, your feather pillow should support the head and neck such that the spine maintains a straight and natural horizontal line. Weight should be evenly distributed so as not to create unnatural bending or pressure. The width of your shoulders should determines the firmness of your pillow. Placing a pillow between the legs (from the knees to the ankles) reduces twisting of the spine.

Stomach
Sleeper

The pillow should be relatively flat, or the head should rest directly on the mattress, so that the head and neck are not turned unnaturally to either side. Place a relatively flat pillow under the stomach and hips to help the spine keep its natural alignment. Avoid a saggy mattress.

Back
Sleeper

Your pillow should support the natural curvature of the spine, with enough support under the head, neck, and shoulders. Avoid a pillow that is too firm. Go with a medium firmness if you keep the pillow more directly under your neck or a slightly softer pillow if you sleep with the pillow closer to the top of your head.   Placing a pillow underneath the knees straightens the back.
