About SleepingWe probably do not need to tell you how important sleep is. Not only is a good nights rest important to your body but also for your mental processes. Short-term memory is affected by too little sleep. Insufficient sleep can also lead to drowsiness in the workplace and on the roads. It will also make you feel grumpy and irritable.
